On 16/06/2026, STAVI had the honor of working with the Management Board, the Trade Union and the departments of the Nissei Factory to organize the Union Meal program for all staff and workers. This is an activity that takes care of workers' well-being and an occasion for the company to express its gratitude to those who have devoted themselves wholeheartedly to the factory's development.
To make the program a complete success, STAVI worked closely with Nissei's departments at every stage, from menu planning and ingredient preparation to cooking and serving. Every dish was carefully selected to be fully nutritious and delicious, and to strictly comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

The most meaningful part of the Union Meal was that STAVI's staff, together with the factory's relevant departments, prepared it with great care in a warm atmosphere that brought the company and its workers closer together. The smiles, excitement and joy of the staff and workers as they enjoyed the meal together created a truly meaningful moment, giving everyone extra motivation to feel more attached to their work and the company.
To prepare this factory meal, STAVI's departments carefully researched the menu, selected quality dishes and put their heart into every step. In doing so, STAVI helped the company improve the quality of its employee benefits and build a positive working environment for its workers.
