STAVI honours and rewards employees' children with outstanding academic results in the 2024-2025 school year

With the wish to promptly encourage and motivate the studies of employees' children, every year Sao Viet Nam Production Trading Service Co., Ltd (STAVI CO., LTD) organises a study-encouragement gift programme for the children right after the end of the school year.

With gratitude and faith in the value of education, STAVI has always maintained its Study Encouragement Fund as a fine tradition nurtured over many years. This is not only an occasion to recognise the children's efforts in their studies, but also STAVI's way of expressing heartfelt thanks to the families who keep the spirit of learning alive.

In the 2024 - 2025 school year, nearly 20 children of company employees achieved academic distinctions. Among them, 2 children won city-level student awards, and the rest were rated as outstanding or excellent students. The HR department received the information, compiled the list from each kitchen and went directly to the kitchens to present the gifts to the students' parents, so as to encourage the children in good time.

The Company's Board of Directors and Trade Union commended the achievements of the children in the 2023 - 2024 school year and expressed the hope that they will continue to behave well, keep trying and constantly strive, in order to reap even greater success in their studies in the coming school years.

The academic achievements the children earned over the past school year are the result not only of their own efforts and determination, but also of the care, encouragement and support of their parents and families. This brings great joy and is a strong motivation for employees to keep striving to fulfil their duties well and contribute to the Company's continued growth.

Every gift handed over is a ray of hope lit up. Modest rather than lavish, these small gifts carry the trust and expectations of the whole STAVI family for the "seedlings of the future". They carry the message: "Keep on striving, because knowledge will take you to wide horizons."
