Chinese-Speaking Sales Admin Staff

I. Specific duties:

1. Search for potential customers among Chinese enterprises through various channels
2. Receive the existing customer database, segment and filter potential customers by region, and manage and update customer data.
3. Learn about customer information and needs via phone, Zalo, email, etc.
4. Call customers to advise, introduce, negotiate and persuade Chinese enterprises to use the Company's services.
5. Build good relationships with customers by meeting their service needs as well as possible and handling all customer questions and complaints promptly. 
6. Set up appointments or prepare quotations -> hand over to the sales department for the next steps (meetings, presentations, tender documents, etc.)
7. Coordinate with sales staff and staff of other departments to achieve the company's business targets.    
8. Support the preparation of tender documents and quotations together with the sales department.
9. Report to superiors on work progress and results.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned.

 II. Requirements:

1. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing Chinese
2. College degree or higher
3. Female, aged 22 - 35
4. Good communication and telephone skills
5. 1 year of experience in an equivalent position
6. Persistent, patient and hard-working
7. Proficient in office software
