Recruitment Specialist

Stavi is recruiting for the position of recruitment specialist

I. Job objective:

Directly carry out staff recruitment activities and manage personnel records within the company.

II. Specific duties:

1. Manage the company's recruitment work in accordance with the Recruitment Procedure:

- Receive staffing requisitions and submit them for approval

- Prepare job announcements and contact employment centers to post vacancies,

- Receive and screen applications, return unsuccessful applications, and prepare shortlists for the Department Head

- Prepare and send interview invitations as requested by the Department Head, phone candidates with the interview date and time,

prepare interview tests and interview rooms, forward tests/interview results to the Department Head, compile interview result lists, and notify unsuccessful candidates by letter

- Compile interview lists, notify candidates of interviews by phone and letter, organize interviews (meeting room, schedule reminders), compile interview result lists, notify unsuccessful candidates, notify successful candidates of their start date, and prepare job offer letters.

2. Forward candidate evaluation forms to the relevant department heads/departments, and prepare candidate evaluation forms

for the probation period.

3. Manage the records and personal files of all Company employees: file employee records by department. Manage employee data in the HR software and update it monthly.

4. Manage the records of unsuccessful candidates: compile lists of unsuccessful candidates using the interview list form in the Recruitment Procedure; the records of each recruitment round for each job title are kept separately in the order of the list.

5. Manage the records of resigned employees: all resigned employees are filed in chronological order, with a list of resigned employees similar to the list of current employees. Update the software and the original records at the same time.

6. Other duties as assigned by the department manager or Director. Details to be discussed at the interview.

IV. Requirements:

1. Education/qualifications:

- College degree or higher in a related field.

- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. & job-related

applications

- Knowledge of the industrial catering environment is preferred

- At least 1 year of recruitment experience

2. Skills:

- Planning and teamwork skills.

- Analysis, synthesis and reporting skills.

- Good communication and persuasion skills.

4. Personal qualities:

- Able to work well under high pressure.

- Honest, careful, detail-oriented and enthusiastic at work.

- Creative and flexible.
