STAVI joins Nissei in organising a meaningful trade union meal

On 6 August 2025, the Trade Union of Nissei Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd, together with STAVI industrial catering, organised a "trade union meal" for all the company's staff and workers, with the aim of providing a meal that strengthens bonds and carries real meaning.

The meaning of the trade union meal

The event was held to mark the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (28 July 1929 – 28 July 2025) and in the lead-up to National Day on 2 September. It is an activity of special significance, demonstrating the responsibility and care of the trade union in looking after the lives of the company's union members and workers, and creating an atmosphere of solidarity and affection. In doing so, it builds trust between the two sides, and workers wholeheartedly commit themselves to the development of the business.

STAVI joins the trade union meal

The "trade union meal" on 6 August was attended by nearly 1,000 staff, guests and workers at Nissei Vietnam, with a rich menu and dishes upgraded compared with everyday meals.

To deliver a complete experience, STAVI industrial catering prepared a menu of boiled free-range chicken, stir-fried ostrich meat, sour clam soup, soft drinks and watermelon for dessert, fully nutritious and suited to everyone's taste.

The ingredients were carefully selected and prepared according to standard food safety and hygiene procedures. Each portion carries a message of respect and care for the health and morale of the workers. According to the workers at Nissei, this "trade union meal" was as much fun as any company event, and everyone was excited and looking forward to it. The workers not only enjoyed a delicious meal, improved in both quality and quantity, in a warm atmosphere of solidarity and affection, but also took part in a lucky wheel programme to win valuable gifts from the company's trade union. It was a rare moment for the workers to rest and share a relaxing time together. Everyone felt the care of the trade union and the company, and in turn are ready to give back their valuable labour.

The trade union meal has ended, but its afterglow lingers in everyone. It is a beautiful memory, in which bonds between colleagues were nurtured, trust in the organisation was strengthened and the spirit of work was given fresh motivation.
