STAVI recruiting a Head of Operations

I. Job objective:

Manage and run all operations at the company's industrial catering kitchen sites and offices in a professional, effective manner.

II. Specific duties:

1. Maintain and nurture relationships with the customer's kitchen management department

2. Handle situations and incidents with customers as they arise at the kitchen

3. Master the customer contact process, the complaint handling process, and the process for receiving and resolving customer information

4. Understand the work situation and specific characteristics of each kitchen to propose effective kitchen management strategies to the Board of Management

5. Understand kitchen regulations and rules and adjust them appropriately for each kitchen

6. Develop processes and regulations to ensure that kitchens carry out daily work in an orderly manner, with sanctions for non-compliance

7. Plan monthly training for kitchen staff on the regulations and professional practices of industrial kitchens

8. Control and take responsibility for food costs and labor costs, ensuring they meet the monthly targets set by the company

9. Hold weekly briefings with the kitchens to promptly record incidents and set out measures to handle them

10. Proactively plan work according to the objectives required by the Board of Directors, and report kitchen figures and activities in a timely manner

11. Be proactive and creative in proposing new methods to better manage kitchen operations

12. Arrange, allocate and coordinate staff recruitment at the kitchens to ensure smooth and effective kitchen operations that are highly rated by customers

13. Be able to set up equipment, utensils and staffing for the company's newly opened kitchen sites

IV. Requirements:

1. Education/qualifications:

- College degree or higher in Business Administration, Commercial Economics or Marketing

- Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and work-related software

2. Skills:

- Management, organization, arrangement and supervision skills

- Planning and teamwork skills

- Analysis, synthesis and reporting skills

- Good communication and persuasion skills

3. Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience working in an industrial kitchen environment

4. Personal qualities:

- Able to work well under high pressure

- Honest, ambitious, careful, detail-oriented and enthusiastic at work

- Creative and flexible. Able to travel for work
