Year End Party 2025: Closing an Old Journey and Opening Up the Future

The final days of the year always carry a very particular emotional rhythm; they are the time when each of us slows down to look back on the road travelled while getting ready to open up new beginnings with high expectations. In that spirit, STAVI’s year-end party – the 2025 year-end Gala – was held successfully, closing a year of great effort in a warm, lively atmosphere brimming with emotion.

A year full of effort and challenges

More than simply a wrap-up party, STAVI’s Year End Party 2025 was an occasion for all managers and staff to look back together on the 365-day journey just completed – a year that brought together effort, challenges, hope and faith. The review films screened during the programme recreated one memorable milestone after another and each step in STAVI’s development throughout 2025, so that every effort would be valued and every contribution would carry great meaning.

2025 was not an easy year for the domestic economy in general and for STAVI in particular. Market fluctuations created considerable pressure, and at times the company’s development journey slowed compared with initial expectations. Yet it was precisely in those challenging periods that STAVI’s core values showed through more clearly than ever: companionship and a spirit of solidarity.

One of the key highlights of the 2025 Year-End Gala was the ceremony honouring outstanding individuals and teams – the quiet “stars” who have contributed to STAVI’s development up to today. Based on its assessments, the Company’s leadership presented titles such as Outstanding Kitchen Team, Outstanding Chef, Outstanding Nutritionist and Outstanding Employee 2025 in recognition of the sense of responsibility, the steadfast dedication and the positive energy that these individuals and teams have spread throughout the past year.

The year-end party came to a close amid joy, laughter and togetherness, but the values the programme brought will continue to spread along the new road ahead. Year End Party 2025 not only marked the end of a year full of milestones, but also opened a new beginning for STAVI to enter 2026 in a steadier, more determined frame of mind and ready for long-term progress.
