I. Job objective:
Heads the Company's accounting department and is responsible for overall management and direction, serving as the main advisor to leadership on finance and on the financial and accounting strategies of the business.
II. Specific duties:
- Responsible for the Company's overall Accounting and Auditing activities.
- Control the Company's accounts and prepare financial statements. Analyze reports to track fluctuations in costs, receivables and payables, etc., and promptly propose solutions to control costs according to the established plan.
- Control and manage the processes of preparing books and records, entering accounting data, recording payment entries, asset inventory procedures, preparing financial statements and balance sheets, and other related documents of the business.
- Review monthly tax declaration files, monthly financial statements, annual tax finalization files and annual financial statements.
- Prepare reports for submission to the Company's Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of the Board of Management.
- Regularly compile and analyze the Company's economic data on a monthly basis to support the General Director's management work, and develop financial management regulations for the business for the General Director to issue.
- Guide, check and supervise the daily work of the Accountants: receipts, payments, receiving documents, etc., and handle issues arising within the department.
- Plan and ensure the financial plan: bank loan repayments, supplier payments, internal receipts and payments, and other arising items.
- Provide data to relevant authorities: tax, statistics, local government or other competent state agencies.
- Resolve and approve arising issues related to company finances: customer receivables and supplier payables.
- Monitor customer revenue and coordinate with the Sales Director to develop and approve the salary calculation method and other policies for Sales staff.
- Prepare the budget plan and the plan for using and managing capital.
- Implement plans for training, developing and upgrading the skills of, and building, the Company's accounting team.
- Develop processes and forms related to accounting and finance.
- Advise the Board of Directors on improving the Company's financial and accounting management system.
- Develop processes to control operating expenses and capital expenditure on fixed assets.
- Carry out transactions with banks for credit loans, and prepare Business Plans for submission to the Bank when required.
- Prepare periodic management reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in a timely manner for the Board of Directors to support effective management decisions.
- Coordinate on other tasks as required by the General Director.
III. Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
- University degree or higher in Accounting and Auditing, Finance and Banking or related fields. Holds a Chief Accountant certificate
- At least 05 years in an Accounting position, including at least 03 years in an equivalent position.
- Able to self-organize, arrange and plan to carry out assigned tasks.
- Proficient in computer use (Excel, MISA accounting software)

- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Office computing skills and good command of accounting software.
