STAVI Chinese-speaking Sales Assistant

1. Provide interpretation support when working with Chinese clients

2. Support the sales team in preparing quotations and service contracts, and answering customer enquiries

3. Coordinate with the sales team to handle issues arising during discussions and work with customers

4. Support and follow up on the signing and renewal of contracts…..

5. Receive potential customer information from telesales, compile the information and pass it to the sales staff to close contracts

6. Coordinate with sales staff on other customer care activities such as courtesy visits, organising appreciation/promotional programmes and supporting kitchen setup (when required)

7. Support the planning and implementation of customer feedback collection through various channels such as phone calls, meetings, on-site surveys… and compile weekly reports on customer feedback for management.

8. Salary: 12 - 15 million VND/month

1. Fluent Chinese: listening, speaking, reading and writing

2. Eager to learn, ambitious and quick-witted

3.College degree or higher in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Chinese Language or Marketing.

4. Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint… & work-related applications.

5. Good communication skills
