STAVI Is Hiring an Internal Accountant for Revenue

1. Job description: internal accountant in charge of revenue

- Track customer receivables and update them daily

- Track reported meal counts

- Issue invoices daily and at month end. Handle incorrect invoices (if any)

- Track and close off receivables with customers each month

- Prepare meal reconciliation statements and payment request forms to send to customers

- Take charge of tracking revenue, customer receivables, reported meal counts and meal

reconciliation for the company’s kitchens

2. Benefits and entitlements

- Income: 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND

- Health insurance, social insurance and unemployment insurance as required by law

- Bonuses for public holidays, Tet, birthdays, weddings and funerals, and so on

- 13th month salary and performance bonus (depending on how the company is doing)

3. Requirements

- Female, under 35 years of age

- Proficient in office software

- Accounting experience preferred
